Grand Midwest View Hotel Apartments Al Barsha

We stayed at this Hotel for a week - a family of 4 .Me, my wife and two daughters. The rooms were quite big, accommodating and pleasant to be in. The only downfall is the AC. they don't have a heater (in case you need one, that might be an issue). We were there Feb13 to Feb 20 2024 for a week. The best part of the hotel is the room service and in particular Mr. Charles Santos. My work keeps me travelling a lot in the USA and by far I must say Charles has provided the best room service I've experienced, in over 15 years. He was always courteous and respectable when presenting himself., always made sure we had our toiletries and tissues, etc, filled up .He was also helpful in providing us info on what we could find nearby, malls nearby, etc. This man is a blessing to have.

Worst ever hotel apartments mr.mehdi didn't respect the customer rued to behave I don't recommend not clean no wifi and ac also not working I give 0 star⭐

Worst Internet connection I have ever experienced, Not working AC at all for more than 2 months. I don’t recommend this place at all, don’t stay here guys too crowded also. Room owner is not responsible to fix. I had to change the room because of irresponsible behavior from landlord.
