Love the hotel overall! The room is now kinda new design renovated. Look amazing and fresh! On top of that is the staff I met is very nice, helpful and attentive. Shout out to Mr.Mervin at the reception who helped me sort out the issue I experienced due to the noise of construction with his smile and great attitude. Thank you so much. I really enjoy my stay here.

The hotel was better than great, and the staff service and attention to detail were outstanding. Brigid and the team were attentive and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, traditional cooked items, porridge, and cereals, something for everyone. Parking was also convenient and hassle free. Overall, a very pleasant experience, will be back in the Spring.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfectly located just a 4 minute walk from the Town Hall. The on-site restaurant Embre was an explosion of flavours, truly memorable and the breakfast was hearty enough to keep us full for the whole day. The facilities were great, with a lovely swimming pool, sauna, and gym. The only small downside was the extra $25 for parking, but given the central location, it’s understandable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable city stay.
