My recent stay at the Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and offer stunning city views. a true oasis after a day of exploring. Dining options are excellent, with a variety of delicious cuisines to choose from. The pool area provides a relaxing escape, and the fitness facilities are top-notch. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff's genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable guest experience. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers looking for luxury and comfort in Dubai!

Whenever we visit Dubai, we always choose Grand Millennium Hotel Barsha, our most preferred hotel, for its consistent hospitality, cleanliness, and spacious rooms. This time, our stay was made even more special thanks to Mr. Rejith from F&B room service. He was extremely courteous, professional, and accommodating to all our requests. What touched us most was his thoughtful gesture; upon learning it was my son’s birthday, he arranged a beautiful surprise cake in our room. His kindness, soft-spoken nature, and exceptional service truly stood out. We deeply appreciate the warmth and care shown. Highly recommended!

I purchased a 12-months wellness club annual membership to very specifically use sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, and I am happy with these amenities. However, there’re several things that made my experience at a wellness facility at a 5-star hotel less than pleasant. Unfortunately, there’re several issues in the ladies changing room inclusive of cigarette smell, lockers that don’t work, but worst of all are the spa staff. I understood that there’s a staff room within the changing room. What I observed is that the staff keeps their room open, one would be inside the staff room, another shouting from the changing room. This is not how spa staff should behave in a 5-star facility. There should be awareness about the guests and calm and quiet behavior, instead of loud and communal.
