Wanted to write this review long time ago, Love this hotel. Room are very comfortable, bed is so good to sleep. The toiletries are Jurlique Lavender, smell so good. As I do not have a china phone number, I had problem ordering food delivery, when I approached Giacomo at the front desk, he was extremely helpful to let me register the delivery app with his phone number. I am very grateful for his kindness. Excellent service and excellent staff.
Fantastic experience for my stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very well set up, taken care of, and comfortable. The location is very near to the Shichucheng Station Metro which is convenient to take a straight train to E Nanjing Street and the Bund. Would be choice of hotel to stay again if I am back in Shanghai for work.
front office manage david unhelpful and indifferent. setting a bad example to his younger colleagues.. language is 1 thing but not bothered attitude is another!! sad to see this disappointed.
