An absolutely amazing hotel! 🌟 The staff are extremely polite, always smiling, and very helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Noreen for her wonderful manners and kind attitude. Also, a big thank you to all the reception staff — always cooperative and ready to help me with anything I need. Service is fast and excellent, and the food is delicious with a great variety. The location is perfect — close to everything, including shopping areas and plenty of Arabic food options. I highly recommend this hotel to all tourists, and I will definitely stay here again if I visit Malaysia.

The location is quite strategic, close to many attractions and amenities, which made getting around easy and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I'd like to specifically mention Haziq for his warm and professional service. He made a positive impression during my visit. That said, there’s room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The room could have been better maintained, and with a bit more attention to detail, the overall comfort level would be much improved. It’s a decent option if you’re looking for good service and a strategic location, but I hope to see some improvements on the housekeeping side in the future.
