Grand Mir'Amor Hotel Ultra All Inclusive

Everything was amazing. They have a big variety of foods, I’m sure there’s something for everybody. The service is amazing, the workers are all very nice and attentive. The rooms are clean. A 10/10. I would definitely recommend🫶

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. And I have no regrets . The food was exceptionally tasty. The hotel facilities were also fantastic. The nightly entertainment was very fun and lively. All in all, it was a very family-friendly place with welcoming,kind staff. Definitely recommend it, and I'll definitely be coming back!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty room, bad smells, mold in the bathroom, and random water leaks. Stained towels, dirty dishes, insects in the buffet. Housekeeping is practically non-existent. Common areas are just as bad: pool never cleaned, dirty sunbeds, housekeeping carts constantly rolling by. The waterslide is barely supervised. Fights break out almost every evening. The reception is cold and disorganized. Upon arrival, no information, no guidance. Some guests are clearly given special treatment (welcome drinks, detailed explanations…), while others are completely ignored. We were 5 people (2 adults, 3 children). I booked a quadruple room (more expensive than two rooms) so we could all stay together. No issue at check-in. But as soon as I reported the hygiene problems, the hotel suddenly demanded an extra fee… for the fifth person — a child. No services were offered: no massages, no excursions, no information. After multiple complaints, we were given a tray with wine and fruit — and then someone took a photo inside our room with my child in the background. Without our consent. Probably just to cover themselves! This stay was a complete disaster. There are countless better-run hotels for the same price. Avoid this place at all costs.
