The condition of the initial room was extremely poor—unpleasant odor and excessive noise from the air conditioning unit, which sounded like machinery running near the head. However, the staff at reception were exceptionally courteous and helpful, making the room change process smooth and hassle-free.
Outstanding Welcome and Exceptional Service! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Valeed, Karim, and Anas. After a long journey, being welcomed so warmly made all the difference. All three — Anas, Valeed, and Karim — greeted us with genuine smiles and an incredibly professional yet friendly attitude, which immediately set a positive tone for our entire stay. They were attentive, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. What stood out the most was the personal touch — they went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of, patiently answering our questions and offering helpful suggestions about the hotel and the surrounding area. It’s rare to come across such dedicated staff who clearly take pride in their work. Their hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly valued. This level of service leaves a lasting impression and turns a good stay into a memorable one. Thanks to their warm welcome and professionalism, we started our trip on a very high note. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be returning to this hotel again. A heartfelt thank you once again to Anas, Valeed, and Karim — you truly made our stay special!
This hotel claims to be 5 stars, but in reality, it doesn’t live up to that standard. Reception: At check-in, the receptionist was polite, but not particularly welcoming. I had booked a family room, but we were given two single beds for four people. The room key card was the worst I have ever experienced. It stops working if it’s near a car, mobile phone, or any other electronic device. Because of this, I had to go to the reception 2 to 4 times every day to reactivate the card. Sometimes I had to wait in line just to speak with someone. Room: Room service only provided 2 large and 2 small towels, even though I told them twice that we are 4 people. I was told, “yes, we will fix it,” but nothing was done. The room itself feels more like a 3-star room—old furniture, and ants everywhere, even on the floor and in the bed. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. The air conditioning was extremely weak. I reported it to reception, and they said someone would fix it, but no one came and I never heard back. We had to sleep in sweat while the kids cried because the room was too hot. Pool: The pool was clean and decent. However, the person in charge of handing out towels often ran out, so you had to wait and try again later. Some of the younger staff working by the pool were also rude. Other than that, the pool and sunbeds were the highlight of the hotel. Restaurant: The breakfast buffet was small and lacked variety. During our 8-night stay, it was exactly the same every single day.
