Where do I begin? Everyone else talk about the beach side view, but let me take some time to praise Sumit and Stefan! Both of you deserve the ultimate raise for kindness, consideration, and service. Our trip started with a little hiccup, but after this, the staff toook very great care of us! My partner and I have been blessed to experience great people and very good service here at MGM! ☀️ We didn't try the breakfast here, but the location is super connected to restaurants, grocery stores, night life, and more... This is hands the only place I'm staying when I return to Portugal.. so, you guys better open more resorts across the country! 10/10 ✅️🥂

We had an amazing stay here. The view was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning sea view right from our balcony. The beach is just steps away, making it incredibly convenient. The place was spacious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive experience, everything we needed was taken care of, making our stay even more stress-free and enjoyable. We loved the food, especially during dinner time. The themed dinners were a lovely touch and added something special each night. We especially loved spending time on the balcony at night, soaking in the peaceful ambiance, the view, and stargazing. it was truly the highlight of our stay. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil and scenic escape.

The only thing decent about this cheesy, dumpy, gaudy, cheap cruise ship vibe hotel is the view. When we arrived, we were not acknowledged. Only one person was on reception, but did not have the courtesy to even say “she would be with us soon”. When we were finally received, it took two trips up to our room, as the elevator was as small as a broom closet. As we settled into our room (beautiful view, as I mentioned), we realized our balcony doors did not lock properly. Adjacent rooms are easily accessible by a low wall, so we did not feel secure. In addition, there was no security lock on our front door. It easily could have been broken with a hefty shove by a strong person. This place is not a resort. It is a rip-off sham claiming to have 8 “restaurants” and the bars that we wanted to attend were not open when we visited. And this “4 Star Resort” doesn’t offer room service or laundry service? If you are looking for a drunken cheap cruise experience then this is for you. If you want nice amenities, room and laundry service, clean and safe accommodations, then look elsewhere.
