I stayed at the Grand Müdüroğlu Hotel for three days. I came for a business trip, but I was truly satisfied. The hotel's location is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing. There's a pool, and having breakfast by the pool was especially legendary. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the cleaning staff is excellent; everything was spotless. But what impressed me most was the attentiveness and friendly smiles of the staff. Everyone was truly kind and helpful. I'd like to thank the entire team.

This is the first time in my life that I am writing a Google review for a business that I have received service from. While going from Istanbul to Datça with my family, we said let's stay in Aydın, have a nice breakfast in the morning and go to Datça. We wish we hadn't. The employees lie to you straight in the face. These guys didn't turn on the central air conditioners in the heat of Aydın. It's a joke. The central air conditioner is supposedly working but the room didn't cool down. No sir, don't open the windows or the air conditioner won't cool, no sir, wait an hour and your room will be freezing, etc. lies are a dime a dozen. In fact, we even said let's leave the hotel for an hour and tour the center of Aydın. These gentlemen called the air conditioner repairman at that moment and the air conditioner came and looked at the air conditioner. I don't know about you, but I believed them. These guys are doing therapy with lies. I wish they would include this among the services provided at the hotel. They didn't even put drinking water in the mini fridge in the room according to the number of people. Anyway, I went down to the reception to get water. The guy at the reception probably said, "Let's not treat the customer like that and I'll offer you water." Would you laugh or cry? Look at this kindness and courtesy? In short, since the air conditioning didn't work and the windows in the room weren't fully opened, they were half-open, we couldn't sleep until the morning because of the heat. I'm not exaggerating when I say we couldn't sleep, we just couldn't sleep. I set off sleeplessly and drove 4 hours to Datça. What I'm telling you happened in 2024. A year has passed since the incident, but I'm still angry. For this reason, I wanted to write about this experience here in order not to leave this service unrewarded.
