Grand Nar Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Nar Hotel in Kemer, the food was good, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall service met our expectations. However, the absolute highlight of our holiday was the SPA experience. Ferdinand is an exceptional masseur, he's highly skilled, extremely professional, and genuinely caring. I received the best SPA treatment and massages of my life. Truly outstanding and highly recommended. I would gladly return just for this experience alone.

We arrived at the hotel late at night and Rasul at the reception was very helpful and friendly, big thanks to him. The rooms were clean and comfortable, meeting our expectations. The pool area was well-maintained and there were enough sunbeds. The food was tasty with decent variety. At the bar, alcoholic options are limited to beer, red wine, and white wine, but considering the price, it’s more than acceptable. The massage service was also great, special thanks to Mr. Ferdinand for his professional and friendly attitude. The spa, hammam, and therapy massage were very relaxing and definitely worth trying. For those planning to stay here, I recommend renting a car or using a taxi, as there are no regular public transport options nearby. The hotel offers shuttle service to the beach, but it operates only at specific hours. If you kindly ask, they can also drop you off at the city center. If you are traveling on a budget, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s a great option for an affordable and comfortable holiday.

Worst experience of my life. The staff were as nice as the food, and the food was 0/10. The staff are rude, unhelpful and just not nice people. Not all inclusive only get food one hour slot 3 times a day. The food is barely food, sometimes what's for dinner is then next days lunch as well. Food is so bad, service is so bad. I would advise to avoid at all cost. Especially British people. They barely speak English. They have no British based foods etc. The staff were so rude, not allowing splashing in the pool. Charging for drinks other than water and rubbish beer. Everything else you pay for. Not all inclusive at all. Strongly advise if you are looking to get away on holiday. Price is cheap for a reason. The hotel Don't care that your on holiday. Only care about more money trying to sell you things. Worst trip of my life in terms of the people and ,y experience. Room was clean etc but cleaners steal things from room. So you can't leave things about room. Happened to more than one person while was staying there just a horrible experience to go through. Staff smoke cannabis at night. Stinks out the reception area. I was also physically assaulted by one after having a verbal confrontation regarding our treatment at this hotel. I was punched to the face from staff who does the massages. They then phone police on me, who speak Turkish not good English and was arrested for around 6 hours. After gaining CCTV the police realised me asking if I wanted to raise charges against the staff. I just wanted away from this place. Most horrible people, and most horrible time.
