Grand Niki Hotel & Spa

This "hotel" is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality it doesn't even come close to minus four. We booked a room based on the beautiful photos and promises on the website: clean, cozy rooms, a working SPA and a swimming pool. The reality turned out to be the exact opposite. The rooms are in terrible condition: dirty bed linen, a persistent smell of mold and dampness, exposed wiring, which is actually dangerous, and a leaking ceiling. It seems that cleaning is simply not carried out here. There is no talk of comfort and safety at all. The SPA and swimming pool, which are indicated as operating, do not function at all. The staff only shrugs their shoulders and says that "everything is under renovation", although there were no warnings about this when booking. The hotel is openly misleading, creating a beautiful picture on the website, behind which lies complete chaos. If you do not want to ruin your vacation, avoid this place. We could not stay even for the night, we changed the hotel immediately. We are now expecting a refund, but for some reason there are doubts that this will be possible.

Anyone who, like me, believes the 5-star reviews are fake should report them. Three points of conflict of interest. The hotel is a complete disaster. The staff harass you and make you feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The hotel is dirty, the breakfast is disgusting and unhygienic. The pictures are old and do not reflect the hotel in any way. The hundreds of 1-star reviews reflect reality.

The hotel has black cockroaches. The swimming pool is not clean. There is Electricity cut off at night. They are not offering tea as written. Elevator stopped working last day so we took the luggage through stairs. The room was not cleaned next day although the cleaner told us to go out so she can clean. The internet connection was bad.
