Grand Noel Bakuriani Hotel

Rooms are clean and cozy. Simple but clean with an amazing view. Staff are sweet. The food? I COULD KISS THE CHEF WHOEVER THEY MAY BE. ONE BITE SENT ME TO HEAVEN. Loved staying here♡

It’s always a pleasure and a big relief when you can write a good review. This is exactly the case for the Grand Hotel Noel. I stayed there for a week with my family and a huge group of friends. It was a pleasant experience from the very beginning to the very end. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Special thanx to the restaurant team! Tasty food (although a bit too salty sometimes but i guess its normal in Georgia), lots of options, we were never hungry and never got tired from “same thing every day” because you could always find something new. Housekeeping team was also very helpful when we needed them and didn’t make us wait at all. You want something - you get it right away. I would appreciate a bigger mirror in the room and a couple of sockets next to beds. Other than that - I loved our stay. Breathtaking views from a balcony, cozy terrace on the top floor, horses freely roaming around, cute doggies, fresh air and lots of stars at night complete your day and make beautiful memories last longer :) If I’m ever around again, I would not hesitate to come back to this hotel.

Nice and clean. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot so sunsets are truly beautiful. The staff is nice and friendly. Thanks to the cooking team, their lunches were delicious and diverse. They even surprised us with our national dishes ❤️. The only problem I’ve had is water. It takes time for water to reach the tap on 4th floor if there are 100 people. But the staff did their best to fix that.
