Regency hotel and Grand palace hotel are in same premises ,with big spacious rooms with all facilities. Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly.
At first, I was impressed by the reception staff. However, the room does not have AC (its always broken). The bathroom flooded when I took a shower. I asked them to prepare the breakfast for me to go before my early flight to another city. They confirmed. And on the next day, they said they missed my breakfast and I only had 45 minutes for the flight. Customer obsession needs to be improved. And the price is a bit too much for the kind of service i got. You can find cheaper rooms yet 5 star ones.
No Service. You ask for water and nobody will.come. pathetic service. And also no body will address with your luggage when you come to hotel. Please book at your own risk
