We really liked this hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-organized. The staff was very kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Our only suggestion would be to invest a bit more in the shampoo — considering the price of the stay, it doesn’t seem right to have the same product for both the shower and the hand soap. Aside from that, the breakfast was great: very varied and everything was fresh. It’s definitely a place we would come back to and recommend.
The facility was clean and comfortable. The Bulgarian lady at the reception, a kind middle-aged woman with glasses, was very helpful and attentive — thank you! However, parking was quite limited and not very convenient.
Came here on 09-08-25. Booked for a one night layover in Hannover. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working at all. It was really hot in the room which was confirmed by the person at the reception. He gave me a. Alternate room which I stayed for 2 hours and there too the Ac was not working. At 1 in the night I had to go again and make a complaint , and then finally gave me an another room where the AC worked. So essentially in the 12 hours at the hotel, I got ac for like 6 hours. Three changes for a 12 hour stay. I want to appreciate my Formann who was very attentive to the subject, unfortunately the experience was negative due to circumstances beyond his control. Would not recommend for the summers!
