Grand Palazzo Hotel

Amazing hotel. This is the first hotel which will make you feel comfortable. They are very helpful. Rooms are amazingly spacious, staff are professional, sweet and friendly as well. You need not to worry while staying at this hotel. Clean rooms, big rooms, decent balcony and amazing staff.

It was a big mistake at my side to book my stay at this hotel due to high rating of 4.5 out of 5 which I believe are fake reviews. They have big size room and this is the only plus point however rooms are dull. Walls are empty, no carpet or wooden flooring. They are not providing disposable sleeper. Without sleeper walking on room floor is difficult. Staff are not friendly neither accommodative. You have any request and they have only answer as NO even drinking water. They are providing only two bottles of water of 500 ml for double occupancy. This hotel seriously need renovation. Seems property was build in view of 5 star hotel but unfortunately it’s not even 4 star in terms of services. Not recommend. You can get nice property nearby in less price they are charging. Don’t go with the 5 star review as all those are fake!

The worst ever swimming pool just 5pm. what?? Seriously is this really 5star hotel 1star better than this no brush no slipper? Never found something like this before
