This helper/server Damian was very good! He made sure we were satisfied with our meals and drinks and even the desserts! He is very knowledgeable with the different meals or main dishes and went beyond his time to make certain we were happy and enjoyed our time here! We would definitely be back here maybe tomorrow or Saturday if they are open! Kudos to Damian! One love!

We were a party of 6 from the UK, staying at the grand palladium for two weeks. From start to finish the holiday was amazing. Check in and out was fast, the rooms were amazing and cleaned daily. The restaurants were easy to book into and the food was delicious, even the buffet was great, lots of variety. The Pool was huge, the beaches beautiful, sunset cove was our favourite. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, they work tirelessly with smiles on their faces, every single person from cleaners, waitresses, serving staff were kind, professional and chatty. I love their positive attitudes to life it’s inspiring. We will be returning to Jamaica in the future. Thank you for the most wonderful holiday. Big shout out miss J (Jean) the bar maid from infinity bar she kept us well hydrated…. I would recommend Dunn’s river falls, chukka park, 7 mile beach and catamaran trip Bob Marleys 9 mile. Thank you Jamaica you have our Hearts ♥️

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Care at Grand Palladium by the food and catering departments. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Palladium, and while the resort itself was stunning, it was the food and catering staff who truly made our experience unforgettable. From the wide variety of delicious options to the thoughtful accommodations for dietary needs, every meal felt like it was made with care. What stood out most was the exceptional leadership of Greg, who went above and beyond to ensure that the specific needs of my SEND child were not only met but exceeded. Greg took the time to understand our concerns and worked closely with his team to ensure we always had safe, nutritious, and delicious options available. His genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. Thanks to Greg and the incredible catering staff, we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that our child’s well-being was in good hands. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made a huge difference for our family. Thank you, Grand Palladium team—and especially Greg—for turning what could have been a source of stress into a highlight of our trip. We are truly grateful and can’t wait to return. We didn't get to say goodbye but I do hope when we return you are still there and my son eats a little bit more than "WHITE RICE AND CURRY GRAVY!!!" LOL
