Daniel in the Thai restaurant was very helpful, attentive and funny. He made our evening all the more enjoyable. He made great suggestions for our food and went the extra mile. We weren’t sure on which dessert to have, so he just served us them all! Really enjoyable and we’ll be booking again for our second week.

Just had a lovely meal at the Thai restaurant. Was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Edgar, our waiter was amazing . He was so attentive and explained the menu to us in great detail. He was especially helpful to my fussy 12 year and went out of his way to accommodate her needs. Thanks for a lovely meal and great service Edgar. You are amazing.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING Stay at Family Selestion, Grand Palladium Kantenah!!!!! Our vacation was nothing short of fantastic and unforgettable! From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, everything was seamless - all thanks to our amazing butlers, Emmanuel and Luis!!!! They went above and beyond every single day - helping us plan our activities, making perfect dinner reservations, arranging smooth transportation, and ensuring we had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay special. A thoughtful highlight was on our departure day: we had an early morning flight , and they surprised us with delicious breakfast bags so we could enjoy a meal on our way to the airport.!!!!
