Rochelle was amazing! We had the best anniversary ever! Amazing service. The lobster was outstanding ! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. When they came out with a surprise cake for my wife, she even cried! That’s how good this night was

We had a wonderful time at the Poisiden restaurant, Roberta was a great server. Very kind and informative! The food was amazing, I got the shrimp and it was delicious. There are also stray cats wandering around that say hi. Highly recommend!

Ryan was our waiter at Poseidon during our stay at the Grand Palladium in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and he truly went above and beyond. We were a party of nine, and he handled our table with such ease, professionalism, and warmth. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome and taken care of, never missing a beat with our orders. His service was quick, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Ryan was probably the best waiter we had so far on our vacation, making our dining experience unforgettable. He is a true asset to the Grand Palladium team, and we left extremely impressed and grateful for his hospitality.
