Our stay was great. Our butler, Maritza, was incredible! She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of with dinner reservations and in-house excursions. Caleb was friendly and very helpful driving us between the buildings. The only improvement I would like to see is better food in the buffets. The restaurants served good food.
This was is fun, busy and still relaxing. You can do what ever you want or simply chill on the beach. There was one person who really made the trip run smoothly and that is Maritza Gutierrez. She was always there is you needed her no matter what. She made reservations for the restaurant and if you had an issue she was working on it for you. She is simply amazing
Great 2 week holiday! Very friendly staff and comfortable/beautiful surroundings. Fabulous holiday for 5 of us across 3 generations. Special mentions to Marileidy at the lobby bar: fabulous, friendly, funny. Luis Alb at the buffet restaurant: very personal and friendly service each day. Thoroughly enjoyed by all.
