We greatly enjoyed our stay! The service was amazing, Ramon seemed to be everywhere at all times and made us feel like family. The food was great and the buffet was always convenient and yummy. We often get massages but we had one of the best spa experiences while staying here. Highly recommend!
Maritza was amazing! This place is a paradise and we had the best time! All of our needs were met above and beyond! The food was amazing. The service is unbeatable especially if you deal with Maritza.! The housekeeping is absolutely wonderful. We cannot say enough about this place. We had a group of 52 and we have to leave tomorrow and we are sad. Thank you Maritza for making this a vacation we will never forget!!
I was forced to stay 4 extra days due to flight cancellation and the Grand Palladium was great. Everyone was kind and place was clean. It’s a bit too big for my liking but, a lovely hotels. Especially Gina was very sweet. Sat with me making sure I didn’t need anything
