We have just eaten at the Italian restaurant! It is beautifully decorated and all food is cooked to perfection. All dishes at our table looked and tasted incredible. Our waiter for the night Carlos made the experience all the more special! As a person he was lovely and the service he provided was nothing less than the best you could hope for. We were brought over these wonderful special drinks before our dessert and everything here is genuinely so visually appealing and has the taste to match! It was truly a beautiful night for my family thanks to the wonderful team and Carlos.
It’s my second time at this hotel and I’ve loved it every time. The Brazilian restaurant is amazing. We all love the activities they do at the hotel throughout the day from trampoline exercise in the morning with a beautiful view of the ocean, to yoga on paddle boards in the pool to silent disco. The staff are amazing here. We love to talk to the people who run activities such as David (we did the trampoline with him) and Jazi (who I’ve done yoga, paddle board yoga and exercise). They are so welcoming here and love to have conversations. The hotel is also very flexible. We’ve had problems with our flights (Air Canada) and the hotel has been very helpful with us staying a few more nights. We love this hotel so much and I would recommend it to friends and family.
I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this resort. My family and I stayed here for 10 days and it was nothing short of perfect! We stayed in a garden suite and loved it. The service when arriving to the hotel was incredible (however be careful of the deals you accept, you’re getting yourself into a timeshare presentation without knowing it) Juan was so friendly and attentive and made sure our needs were met and our questions were answered. The rooms were clean, the AC was blasting, the fridge was restocked daily. The majority of the restaurants in all of the resorts were so good! Loved the Italian place and the Brazilian steakhouse the most. The pools (and bar) are where we spent the majority of our time and it was lovely! If you’re questioning whether or not to stay here, the answer is a resounding YES!!
