Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

Staying at this hotel with my husband and 2 young daughters and we think it is incredible, the service, the food, the staff are all lovely too. In particular, I had a massage in their spa by Dario and it was incredible. I have a herniated disc and explained this to him so he gave a sports massage all over (excluding the sore area) and I’m feeling so much better as he has released tension in my legs and upper back/neck too. He is extremely professional and I’m here for another 5 days so will go back to him, thank you so much Dario.

Our experience at the Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa has been absolutely wonderful. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained but what truly stands out is the exceptional service. We’d like to give a special thank you to Samuele and Dania at Guest Services. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference in our stay. They were always ready to help with a smile and made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s staff like them who elevate a vacation into something unforgettable. 100/100 would recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium Sicilia. The all-inclusive dining experience was fantastic — a wide variety of delicious foods and drinks that made every meal a pleasure. The quality and freshness of the cuisine truly exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the convenience of having everything included. Also, every day there was another culture the food was inspired by. The bungalow we stayed in was perfect, especially being so close to the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having easy access to the sea made my vacation even more special. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and beautifully situated in a peaceful setting. However, the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Also, the beach might not be ideal for someone who doesn't like rocky beaches, as it has a lot of stones. In the evenings, the entertainment was lively and enjoyable, adding a fun touch to each day. I want to give a special shoutout to Jawher, Francesco, and Zidane — they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the evenings even more memorable with their enthusiasm and great service. The entire staff was super friendly. I really felt well taken care of, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Overall, my experience at the Grand Palladium Sicilia was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. :)
