Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa All Inclusive

I’ve been to the hotel several times to enjoy the shows, and every time I’m blown away. The facilities, especially the rooms, are well taken care of, and the waitstaff is excellent — always friendly and attentive. The shows are absolutely amazing, full of energy, color, and talent. Truly a fantasy! A special thank you to Ronald and Cristian for the beautiful pictures of the shows — we’ll carry those memories in our hearts! 🥰 It’s a shame the theater is in such poor condition, with water all over the floor… it’s really the only downside, because the talent and effort of the team are just incredible. I’ll definitely be back for more magical moments!

The hotel is very well located, close to the airport and with a beautiful beach. The rooms are small but perfectly fine. A special highlight: although our check-in was at 3:00 PM, we were able to enjoy the all-inclusive offer already in the morning. On our departure day, we could also use all the facilities free of charge until our evening flight. The buffet was excellent with nothing to complain about. The only downside was the slow drink service – getting a second drink was often quite difficult. All in all, a great experience and we will definitely come back!

Our recent stay at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa in Ibiza was absolutely fantastic – not just because of the beautiful setting and great facilities, but thanks to the incredible people who made our experience truly special. A huge thank you to Rafael Garrido from the main restaurant our super star. His energy and friendliness were simply remarkable. Always smiling, accommodating, and working non-stop with such a positive spirit – Rafael truly made every mealtime more enjoyable. At the main lobby bar, Eric Sanchez stood out with his kindness and professionalism. He consistently made sure everyone was being served efficiently, always with a big, welcoming smile. It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality! We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the two charming guest service ladies, Sofia and Carla. They went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were taken care of promptly, always checking in and making us feel looked after and valued. And last but certainly not least, Almodera (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) from the main pool bar – what a powerhouse of energy! Despite how hectic that area gets, she kept going from morning until late with the same bright smile and incredible hospitality. The warmth, professionalism, and dedication of this team turned a great holiday into an unforgettable one. Thank you all – we can’t wait to return!
