Grand Park Kunming

I made a mistake with my arrival dates. The front desk staff was very helpful and helped me to change to my desired date with no hassle. Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

The breakfast were yummy and I enjoyed the croissants very much. Room is clean and very large. And close to (green lake). Very good value for money.

I had an overall great stay at the Grand Park Kunming. The location is excellent—just a few blocks from Cuihu Lake, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. A nice touch was the welcome plate of fruit and snacks upon check-in. That said, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The room felt a bit outdated, with a somewhat gray appearance, and there was no switch to turn on the main lights. While the cleanliness was good, I also wish they had provided lotion. The gym was another challenge—it’s located on the 21st floor but difficult to access since only one set of elevators goes there, and there’s no way to specifically call for those. Additionally, signage incorrectly states that the gym is on the 3rd floor when only the pool is. Despite these minor inconveniences, my stay was still enjoyable, and the location makes it a solid option for visitors to Kunming.
