From the moment I arrived, the service at this hotel was outstanding. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, with the staff going out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I could need. One of the highlights was the breakfast – fresh, varied, and delicious every single morning. The hotel’s location was also perfect: quiet and relaxing, but still close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Special mention to the staff, who were consistently polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. It really felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and top-quality experience.
Hello, I don't like to write reviews, but this time I thought I should. We bought a tour package through a travel agency. The hotel's website had very good pictures of the room. We checked into a family room. From the very first minute, I was disappointed. 😔 The room was very dirty, the shower door was broken (we checked in at night, so my husband had to fix the door himself). The bedding was torn, there was dust everywhere, the doors and walls were dirty, and there were dirty dishes on the balcony from previous guests. During our one-week stay, the maid came a few times, but nothing changed. The quality of the cleaning was a 1. Everything else at the hotel was at a good level.
Honest review. Hotel room very good (family deluxe) the standard is very very small with no balcony so be aware. Air con in the hotel is superb. Staff are very good and always available and helpful. A serious downside is the carnage of sunbed wars and dinner time. 5/6am sun lounger hogging it's like back in the 90s in Spain. Dinner time is not long enough 6.30-9pm to feed 2k+ people but if you go around 8.30pm there is nothing left so it's basically 2 hours and it's absolutely carnage. The 24hrs restaurant is ok but again the later you go the food is reduced so can't really plan to have a later dinner. The peppermint restaurant is very good but it's chargeable at €15 pp and 1/2 price for child. It's been a decent holiday I'd come back out of season but definitely not during summer holidays again.
