Incredible Service at Grand Park Royal Select – Book It! My husband and I just returned from a 10-day stay at Grand Park Royal Select, and if you're debating whether or not to go—stop hesitating and book it! Food: The food was decent, a solid 3 out of 5. There was always something available, and while it wasn’t the best resort food we’ve had, it certainly wasn’t the worst. You’ll find enough variety to stay satisfied. Service: This is where the resort truly shines. The service was outstanding. We were lucky enough to have Sarah as our butler, and she was one of the most thoughtful, kind, and hardworking individuals we’ve ever encountered on vacation. Her attention to detail was impeccable—from decorating our room for my birthday, to securing nightly dinner reservations, booking our Bali bed, and even ensuring we had extra towels daily for our plunge pool. She made our stay feel special and seamless. We’ll absolutely request her when we return. Bars & Beach: Each evening, we loved relaxing at the bar to watch sports. Huge shout-out to Gilberto and Christian, who were incredibly attentive and knew our drink preferences by heart. We never had an empty glass, and they made us feel so welcome. On the beach, Tina was a gem! She took great care of us at the Bali beds and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this resort might not have the most gourmet cuisine, but the exceptional service more than makes up for it. The staff truly go above and beyond, and that made all the difference in our vacation. Can’t wait to go back!

Our room was outstanding with private access to the beach...so romantic. All staff was kind and helpful. Our butler was amazing! My only complaint is that I thought I booked an Adult Only experience, but kids were just about everywhere. Definitely would visit again.
