Grand Pasa Hotel All Inclusive

Busy when we came but it was peak season so expected. Loads of staff so there are no queues, service is sharp and the whole place is clean. Kids entertainment and adults is great as is the food. Each day had something new on the menu with a core menu backing it up. Something for everyone .

We stayed at the Grand Pasa as a family of 5 (three adults and two children)for a week and had the best experience, can’t fault the hotel one bit. Even though the hotel was starting to get busy getting a sunbed was still manageable. The entertainment was amazing, my 3 year old loved the mini disco. The entertainment team always made an effort to come round and speak to you through the day and even did pool activities and dances - which were really good. After the mini disco on a night time the entertainment team- Connor, Becky, Ali and Zayn made a real effort to get everyone involved and are great with the kids. We are already looking to rebook next year!

TERRIBLE HOTEL AVOID NO WAY IS THIS A 5 STAR HOTEl !!! I have been to Turkey (Marmaris) more than 5 times never had such a bad experience from start to finish, I am also very disappointed that Jet2holidays is displaying this as a 5 star hotel almost this is a 3. A Few issue that we faced: They have got very rude staff working behind the reception especially the young girls giggling and playing on their phones whilst you are speaking to them they don’t care about your problems or issues and are not helpful at all. Explained this to management they are as bad. The owner of this place really needs to review what sort of staff it has or it will lose a lot of buisness because the staff don’t care as long as they are getting paid they are not bothered how they treat the guests. Sun beds are always full with Towels before 7 am the hotel does not enforce the policy it has in place so you will have to sit near the pool or stay in your room and use the balcony to get some sun. In addition to this the pool has slides which only come on for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon I have never seen this at any hotel I have stayed at before so the kids were very upset. You are not allowed to use the sauna, indoor pool, or the Turkish bath unless you make a booking, we were made aware of this when I wondered down there and was met by an aggressive lady who rents the spa area. She decided to not let me in and started shouting to get out. Basically you can’t use any of the hotel facilities listed on their website or in the leaflet they give you on arrival, everything at this hotel is a joke!! The rooms are very dated, pool table and table tennis table have no equipment on them so another thing you can’t use! The Food: breakfast is always the same hardly any changes and is very boring, all the deserts taste the same, all the inclusive drinks tasted like they are watered down very poor There’s many more issues with this hotel the list can go on forever but if you want my opinion save your money and book somewhere else this hotel will RUIN your Holiday
