From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable room, everything about the stay was excellent. The hotel felt calm and well cared for. The restaurant was even better, every dish was full of flavor and the service was spot-on. I’d happily return.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL — SCAM ALERT This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I made a prepaid reservation through Booking.com, and upon arrival, the front desk coldly informed me that there was no room available. Yet the hotel had already charged me in full. They took my money and offered zero help, simply blaming Booking and refusing to provide a solution. I was left stranded outside late at night, tired and unwell, with nowhere to go. I had to sleep in a foyer like a homeless person — in Paris, in 2025. No refund. No responsibility. No humanity. This hotel is a disgrace, and the staff lacks basic professionalism and empathy. I strongly urge Booking.com to review their partnership with such a dishonest place. As for future guests — avoid at all costs unless you want to be robbed and left out in the cold.

If you want to sleep at night, don’t book this hotel. Literally one of the least sound proof rooms I have stayed in my entire life. You could hear the next door neighbors constantly, every little noise came through. Heard them shower, watch tv, chat etc. honestly didn’t sleep a wink. Pretty location but I would like to get some decent rest at night and for that reason, I highly advise you against booking this hotel.
