Grand Platon Hotel

I must admit that I was skeptical when we booked an all inclusive holiday due to the mixed reviews. We are currently here at the hotel and I need to comment on the following: 1)all areas are sparkling clean. 2) All staff members are very polite and helpful. 3) The food, despite not offering the large variety that we were used to from previous all inclusive holidays in different hotels, I must say that it is delicious on a scale of 90% of it. I simply do not understand why people are nagging about it in the reviews that I read. I guess, flavor and taste are substantial, in our case though, we are very satisfied by the options and flavors we were offered on a daily basis. I can only think of 2 negative things to mention :a) the sea is a bit far, given that we have a little child and walking there under the hot sun is not an option and b) the music choices in public hotel spaces is quite random and unpleasant ( to my ears at least,but again, taste in music is substantial). Overall, I would gladly visit again and would recommend to anyone.

Just wanted to say the housekeeping ladies Anastasia and Fani were absolutely lovely! So kind, cheerful, and helpful – it was always a joy to run into them in the hallway. We had some nice little chats and laughs, and on top of that, they did an amazing job. The room was always spotless. You can tell they really care about what they do. Thank you and lots of love! ❤️

Negative - The location is somewhere in the nowhere. - Food was the worst I ever ate in Greece, with imitating products and frozen food products. - Rooms are old. - No playground for kids or any entertainment like a Greek night Positive - The cleaning ladies are cleaning and changing towels every day. - Staff are friendly
