Location is good and just near LuLu hyper market and near Many big banks like AnB and SAB. It’s just 200 meters from Al Mourabba Metro station. Bus stop also 50 meters distance. There is mosque just back of hotel and also park back of hotel on walkable distance. Hara market is also walkable. Other main Hotels and food chains are nearby. Hotel has Good Gym and swimming pool at basement. Provide very Good Breakfast and also rooms have electric burners to prepare food at home. Rooms are refreshing and cozy. view from most of room also good. Clean ambiance and staff also supportive for cleaning and other services. Overall very Good experience !

Grand Plaza Hotel Dhabab - 9-Night Stay I’m currently staying at Grand Plaza Hotel Dhabab in the Al Murabba region of Riyadh for a total of 9 nights, and this review is based on my first two nights. Pros: Clean & Well-Maintained: The hotel is spotless, smells great, and is well kept despite being an older property. Efficient Lifts: The elevators are quick and always available. Being on the 6th floor, I’ve never had to wait long. Room & View: I’m staying in a Standard King Room (Room 607), a corner room with a great view of the main street. It’s spacious and well-maintained. Daily Housekeeping: Room service does a great job every day—clean sheets, fresh towels, and everything kept tidy. Internet Speed: The WiFi speed is 50-60 Mbps, which is decent for work and streaming. Amenities: The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, which are nice additions. Overall Vibe: Though the hotel feels a bit old, it is well-kept and maintained. Cons: Check-in Delay: The check-in process took about 40 minutes, which was longer than expected. Breakfast Not Included: I booked through Trip.com, but breakfast was not included in my booking. Shower Temperature: The water in the shower is not as hot as I would like, which might be an issue for some. Dull Lighting: The lighting in the hotel is slightly dim, giving it a 2000s hotel vibe. It would feel more modern with brighter lighting. Limited Interaction with Staff: I haven’t had much interaction with the staff yet, so I can’t comment on their responsiveness. Value for Money: I would recommend staying here for up to SAR 320 per night—at this price, it offers great cleanliness, comfort, and essential amenities. Looking forward to the rest of my stay and will update if anything changes!

My experience was awful. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor every time, soaking the mat and creating a mess. The bed sheets had a red stain that looked like dried blood—completely unacceptable. The work desk had no outlet nearby, making it useless for charging or using a laptop. Lighting in the room was harsh and uncomfortable, and the tiny window had no view, just a wall and a curtain that blocked any natural light. Worst of all, the window wasn’t soundproof, so I heard every car horn and construction noise outside. On my last night, loud construction started early in the morning, ruining my sleep. This hotel lacks even the most basic comfort or quality—I regret staying here and would never come back.
