Its 5 stars hotel due to Mr. Magdi Hasan from the receiption, he is helpful and i would like to thank him for his hospitality and support to the guests, i wll be back to the hotel bcz of him! I believe hotels will be classy and nice having someone like Magdi working on it! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Been staying here past two days there is some maintenance going on so disturbing and due to which Breakfast isn’t buffet but being delivered to room and the quantity is obviously small. It would be our personal choice to have anything in buffet. I feel we have wasted our money booking this hotel for staying. They should inform prior before confirming the bookings that they have scheduled some maintenance.
There was one receptionist who was completely incompetent and lied straight to my face. Claimed he was upgrading my room, instead gave me a smaller bed than what I booked. When I confronted him about he again claimed that it was an "upgrade" after an hour of getting messed about, another receptionist (possibly the manager)managed to get me sorted quite quickly. Other than him, all other members of staff were very polite and helpful, the room was very nice. And the breakfast was lovely. The AC in my room didn't seem to work very well. Would constantly turn on/off by itself, meaning the room was quite warm and stuffy.
