There’s a $246.07 “pending” charge on my credit card—supposedly for damages or incidentals. Fine, whatever. But it’s been over 20 days and the charge is still there. If they forgot to release it, that’s one thing. But when I called to ask about it, they slammed the phone down on me. No apology, no explanation—just flat-out rude. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never go back, and I’ll make sure others know exactly how they treat their customers.

I booked our trip on January 31. We were supposed to travel on June 15. A couple of days after I booked we realized that we had to move our trip to July. I tried multiple times to reach out to the hotel to try to move to a later date and the hotel said no due to its no refund or changes policy. I offered to pay the difference if the rate changed due to the date and they flat out refused. So with 5 months left before my trip I was forced to just cancel my stay with no refund because they wouldn’t move my stay for the following month. I would understand if they were already booked but they aren’t because there is still availability in July. The hotel looks nice in pictures but due to the non-responsiveness of the staff and rudeness when they do answer, I would never stay here. It took weeks to get a response. If you are going to stay here be 100% sure you will be going.
