Grand Pyramids Hotel

Absolutely awful hotel. I am here at the moment and am so disappointed. There are no restaurants, cafe or bar as advertised only one room where you have breakfast. The ATM is not an international one so anyone from the UK cannot use it. The electronic room key keeps breaking, none of the staff seem to care. If you want a halfway decent hotel I beg you not to book here. As for awarding it four stars I can honestly say that it is a two at best. And I’m being generous.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! I WILL NOT COMING BACK TOO!! My holidays 10 days. I wanted to booked room from 17th October because I arrived at 5am from London… but they ask me to pay the 1 night early 16th October even I didn’t use it fully charged too!! So I did pay because I am very exhausted! This hotel is A MONEY GRABBER!!! also the hotel room very dirty.. my shower was broken.. my hair dryer was not working and the safe I can’t even close, WIFI VERY POOR I can’t connect to my family back home in London.. also they always de activated my key card! I was so upset. Coz I have to go down again every time to fixed my key card there’s NO APOLOGY from the staff in the reception. They are laughing very insulted!!! We checked out on 21st of October and I stayed in another hotel for 5 days more cheaper and clean… OVER ALL ZERO STAR!! Bad experience during my stays in this hotel..

This hotel should not have a 4 star rating..! It is completely dated, dirty and smelly. The staff was nice and accommodating but you could tell this hotel is passed it's prime. The room smells of mold and the hallways are derelict. This is not a slight at the housekeeping, they were wonderful but the management was a bit aggressive and we ended up leaving and not staying the night.
