Grand Quars Hotel

We spend one night here but it waas really good and the service staff are incredibly helpful and kind. We forgot one of our bags when we left and they were kind enough to keep it on side till we came back to get it. The room is clean. And for the price we payed it is much better than what we expected. Highly recommend.

Horrible hotel. Don't be fooled by the fancy photos: 1- huge hole in the wall and they didn't fix it. 2-curtains keep falling and asked them to fix them and they ignored me. 3-the main big shower doesn't exist. 4-air conditioner doesn't cool the room at all. 5-the hairdryer not working and have electric wires exposed. 6-we got spoiled eggs in the breakfast smelling as bad as hell. 7-they don't take care of the room on daily basis. 8-no wordrobes. 9-wifi signal so weak. It didn't work on 10-no refridgerator. I am very dissatisfied with the experience. The only good thing is the staff. They are very kind

Dirty and with zero service. Evening personnel without English speaking. Dirt in the floor, food of previous customer in the frigo and hair in the toilet everywhere. For sure they missed the cleaning. Room noisy, you can hear all the noise of the road. Missing furniture, not even a small wardrobe was present, and no place to put my clothes. Breakfast a real disaster,
