I and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at the grand regal hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept well. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were maintained but i wasn't happy women were not all to use the jacuzzi and sauna. What truly impressed us, was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From room service( ASHRAF )to concierge, every interaction was seamless and efficient. I would highly recommend the grand regal hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The hotel's excellent location, combined with its exceptional service and amenities, make it a top choice for travelers . Staff is absolutely amazing and gave exceptional service. Rooms had no microwave, but more importantly some maintenance issues from time to time. We spent 6 weeks here & switched rooms a few times due to issues with AC, fridge, water pressure. Would Highly recommend to everyone.
