5 stars hotel and indeed it’s, Ahmed the manager went above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied with everything. After my reservation was cancelled for not sure what was the reason and a bad night to get a room for me and my kids and wife then in the morning Mr Ahmed showed up and took care of the situation and I don’t have enough words to describe the gratitude for him. Was given 2 rooms that have access to each other and enough space for the size of my family. The service was top notch and the rooms as well . Thanks to this hotel for having very very professional and knowledgeable manager Mr Ahmed . Special thanks to him

We had a beautiful experience with the this hotel and had come to an issue for the reservation BUT thanks big time to Mr Ahmed the Manager for his service and understanding and solving the issue right away and he even came back again the next day just to make sure that we are satisfied with the service. Great Hospitality and Helpful Staff at Grand Regency Hotel, Doha I stayed at the Grand Regency Hotel during my relocation period and had a very comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, the housekeeping was regular, and overall services were smooth. I would especially like to thank Ms. Su from the team, who was extremely helpful in arranging my accommodation and resolving any issues I faced during my stay. Her support made my transition much easier and stress-free. The location is also great, close to key areas of Doha. I’d gladly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.
