Very disappointed. The hotel claims to be five-star, but our room was far from it. It looked nothing like the photos—dirty, with hair behind the curtains, used toilet paper still in the bin, and grime on the ceiling and windows. While the staff were polite, the cleanliness was unacceptable, especially for the price. Our room faced a busy road, so we heard every car and passerby. Worst of all, it was right next to a nightclub—we could even hear the music from another hotel 40 minutes away. Definitely not worth it. Very disappointed. Left the day we came and booked another hotel. DO NOT stay here!!!!!

First, the good: Great location, lovely pool area, exceptional private beach and overall, very serene. Second, the bad: The hotel has attitude. The old adage "the customer is always right" seemingly means nothing. Our issues were: (1) a broken toilet seat, which was not properly fixed (2) no top-up of liquid soap (we had to ask) (3) we left underwear on our private deck area - we washed the underwear and left it on a towel to dry; we came back later and found that the towel had been removed and our freshly washed underwear was lying on the ground (4) we requested a quilt/duvet which was subsequently delivered; it was delivered in a plastic bag, the expectation was we should make the bed ourselves, but we told the staff that they have to make the bed (5) wasps - we appreciate that Sardinia has a wasp plague/outbreak but this hotel seemed to handle the situation worse than anywhere else we ate during our time in Sardinia, most notably at breakfast for our 3 days when wasps were buzzing around and sitting on cold meat inside the food cabinets. We notified reception by What's App of all our concerns, including providing photos. We had to ask for the manager to meet with us. When this finally happened, he was very defensive and his fallback answer was that "the hotel has a 93% satisfaction rating, so how can there be a problem?" We were very underwhelmed by his response and what we saw as a dismissive attitude. Perhaps the most frustrating episode was breakfast on our last day when the manager was in the buffet area. We showed him the cabinet with wasps inside. His response - he opened the cabinet and waved his hand across the meat, removing the wasps and then closing the cabinet.

Where do I start? Flies in our food. Flooding shower. No soap. Among many other “little” things that add up to total disappointment. 5 star hotel, no way. The worst part is when I kindly mentioned these issues on day one, they were ignored over and over until our last day. This was probably one the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would never, ever stay here or an affiliate hotel. Do not stay here. I promise you there are so many other better options! Go with another. Per the reply to my review: I’m again flabbergasted that the managers at this hotel continue to insinuate I’m not telling the truth. I have no reason to lie. This is insane. Trust me, don’t stay here. There are many beautiful hotels in the same area that are worth the money and hopefully don’t have such poor customer service. It is honestly so weird that there is not accountability. I also did not ask for a refund. I asked for accountability.
