Grand Residences Riviera Cancun All Inclusive

I can’t say enough about this resort. The staff were always exceptional - from the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff to the reception and concierge - all were wonderful. I’ve never been to such a clean home-away-from-home and been catered to as I was this past week. We were greeted at the airport with cold waters and wet towels infused with aromatherapy, chauffeured to the resort where stiff margaritas and fruit punch were waiting for us, and guided through the resort by our personal concierge. Our rooms were very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Our personal plunge pool and jacuzzi were very clean. The entertainment staff were friendly and upbeat. The entire week we were pampered. I didn’t want to leave! If I have one complaint, it would be that there wasn’t much to do after dinner. I understand this resort is low-key (which I preferred) but having live music or some kind of entertainment would make this resort second to none. Thank you, Grand Residences!

From when we were picked up from the airport to when we left, we were treated like royalty. I was kind of worried the driver Ishtar have left, but I was able to call the hotel and they assured me he was waiting there and he was kind enough to help us with our luggage. The room we stayed in was amazing! It had a beautiful view of the beach the AC felt nice to come back in to after a day outside. The food was delicious and every employee we talked to was kind and always smiled. We even because friends with 3 bartenders. They were the best! We will definitely come back when we have the chance.

Our stay at Grand Residences was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. A heartfelt thank you to Eduardo, Margarito and Eduardo who welcomed us each day at the restaurant with warmth and professionalism. Efraim, Kevin, Abel, Jesus and all of the pool staff were super friendly, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort daily and made our experience feel personal and unforgettable. This team truly sets the gold standard in hospitality. We can’t wait to return!
