The hotel deserves the 4 star level rating as it genuinely is a luxurious hotel, but the best thing about the hotel is the customer service. This is my first time ever staying in a hotel in which 100% of the staff provided 5 star customer service. My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 12 days after surgery and the staff was at all times kind, helpful, and patient. I'd stay here again and recommend it to my own friends and family.
The location was a little far from thw downtown area but it had excellent rooms and 2 buildings connected to each other. However, I'd say the breakfast is a bit disappointing as it's the same thing everyday except for 2 dishes which they always seem to change
We really liked the hotel but the staff weren't friendly or helpful at all. Some front desk people were nice but some security guards and some concierges weren't friendly at all. If they are going to be in hospitality then they have to be hospitable and not make their guests feel hostile. I do have to mention though a particular an older gentleman at night at the front desk or a concierge that helped us with our bags and from the moment our family walked into the hotel he was very warm and welcoming, greeted us with a smile and Sawadee Kap. He is the best example of how a hotel should be.
