Great resort the pools and drinks are great lots of entertainment. The staff here are great at making you feel relaxed. the grounds are well kept and beautiful.if you have anything that you need, the concierge will try his best to make that happen. Our room is very spacious and very clean. Housekeeping does a superb job at making your room up lots of different food options we really like the buffet in the morning and for lunch, the staff in that area are quick to ask if you need anything and keep everything clean and the buffet is constantly stocked with fresh food and fruit we have really enjoyed our stay here
The behind the scenes staff, including room service and ground facilities personnel, bar tenders, etc go above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience. While the hotel may hold a five-star rating, the overall service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall ambiance fall short of what I had anticipated, reflecting a more experience to a high end three-star establishment. Considering the rates I was charged, I had genuinely expected a higher level of service and amenities. I sincerely hope the management takes proactive steps to address these inconsistencies, as the potential for improvement is there…but it remains unfulfilled at the moment with our specific stay.
Good-clean, mostly friendly staff, beautiful grounds. The wildlife was abundant Bad- I wasn’t offered any pool side service. I was chased out of a restaurant and my food taken from me while on the tram because of if I wanted to eat in my room I needed to pay for room service. (Big deal because I’m a diabetic and didn’t have my insulin) Tried to cancel a room because people weren’t able to come… we were within our cancellation time frame. We were told we have to cancel both rooms and try to rebook but could lose the room completely, so we ended up paying for a room we didn’t need. Our room flooded when it rained. Inappropriate comments/“flirting” by the tram driver… no guy, my wife doesn’t want to be your husband for the week. The food was terrible. Very poor selection for people with dietary needs/restrictions/ allergies. No posted drink menus at bars Pools close at 8 Entertainment was lack luster. People constantly trying to up charge instead of just answering “what’s included ?“.
