Our room does have a cigarette smoke smell. Other guests have complained about this according to the Internet. I suppose the only way to get rid of the smell is a deep clean, not a spray can. I paid over $10000 for two days, plus more in the restaurants and shops. My wife asked for a third room card: “You will have to pay NT$200 if you lose that card,” she was immediately warned.
Horrible horrible service. Do not stay there if you're expecting good service 1) They gave me a room that was full of smoke smell. I had to go up and down with all my luggage to change the room. They didn't even help me with the luggage. They did not once apologize for that. 2) They make mistakes and never apologize. They tried to charge my card twice for the room when actually the charge already went through the first time. 3) They threw away stuff I left in the room. Fine, if you said you cleaned up the room and threw away my stuff. But they said they keep all customer's left over stuff but they never did keep my stuff. The cleaning staff made a mistake and lied.
The food court on the third floor is a huge disappointment. Subpar service, non-tasty food and unwelcoming facilities are a big let down.
