This hotel has been a legend since I was little, and it’s truly heartwarming to see how it continues to preserve its traditional charm. The atmosphere is timeless, and all the staff are genuinely kind and warm. A special thank you to Ms. Rachmi, the Sales Manager, for her exceptional kindness and support. Very recommended for anyone who appreciates heritage, comfort, and heartfelt service, you'll experience like sultan here.

Staycation at one of the legendary hotels in Jakarta. Surprisingly, the room was fully renovated with no old-fashioned feel at all. It smelled fresh, with towels and bedcovers that were new and clean. The room was equipped with a bathtub, an iron board, and full amenities. We also got a strategic view directly facing Sudirman road, with has a skyscrapers in sight. The breakfast was also varied. One thing that caught our attention was the presence of a robot waiter going back and forth serving dishes, which really entertained our kids. Oh, and one more plus point—the Wi-Fi was fast because there was an access point in every room. The TV also came equipped with netflix and youtube. If you enjoy Car-Free Day (CFD), this hotel is the perfect place to stay, just one step outside the hotel and you’re right in the middle of the CFD.
