Grand Sahin's Hotel

We spend 7 nights in this hotel, would I return??? , defenetley yes, but also I would like to see some improvements inside and out at the beach. We had a really good time in this hotel,and we felt very comfortable. It is well located between the city centre and AVM shopping centre, both of them is very easy to reach with a dolmush or taxi. It is located between main road and the beach. Even though that staff almost dont speak English they were always polite and trying to help you in every situation.All staff is really hard working young people. Food is tasty and always fresh, mostly Turkish cuisine, which I didn't mind because when I travel I really love to try local food. In general as a tourist I give 5+ for the location, staff, comfort etc. As a hotelier, I think that they need to go with a time, and do some improvements in rooms, in the area of the beach and specially with the internet which is really bed. If you really need the internet as we did, just buy a Turkish sim card, it is around 30,00€.

I'm only giving it a three as the staff were lovely. My stay there was a cross between the film carry on abroad and faulty towers. No hot water. One guest slipped on the bathroom floor because the toilet was leaking and fell through the shower glass. The lift broke down so my 81 year old mother who can't walk far had to climb up 6 flights of stairs, but they did manage to fix it by the evening, the pool filled with sand on my 4th day there so couldn't use it, the food wasn't great, limited on drinks gin and vodka beer wine, where's the rum, whisky etc, it was so bad I enjoyed it, as it was funny, met some lovely people to laugh about it with,

I came to the Grand Sahins Turkey hotel Kusadasi on the website it had many facilities: billiards, solarium, children's pool, wifi. But alas, none of that. Same food every day. The linen on the bed was not changed for 3 days, so as not to hit the floor with the vacuum cleaner. The bathroom doesn't wash, you can't see through the glass. They take the food from your face, they don't wait for you to get up from the table. We have 3 more days to stay, but the conditions are terrible.
