Great central hotel, breakfast was good and you’re right in the heart of Almaty. Loads of great restaurants, cafes and shops near by. Off street parking also.
We booked a room for 3 people and arrived at the hotel around 4:30 AM. Unfortunately, the extra bed was broken, but the reception staff responded immediately and provided us with an extra room — we truly appreciated their quick support. Our stay was for 4 days. The location is good, but the rooms were not as nice as shown in the photos, and the breakfast was quite disappointing. Overall, the hotel was just okay — not as expected based on the online listing.
This hotel is not recommended at all. This is to inform you all this hotel staff is very bad and disrespectful to their guests and even ask for additional money at the time of check out for no reason. They tried to manipulate things and ask money in bad way. They are not at all supporting to their guest and families staying in their hotels instead the hotel staff at reception is so bad that they even threaten to call the police if you don't pay for the additional money they are asking. This is like mafia and cheating and fraud they do with their guests. This hotel is very very bad and not recommended at all.
