We had such an amazing experience at the Grand Sapphire City Hotel that we extended our stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. What truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service, particularly from the restaurant staff. A huge thank you to Fatma, who was always smiling and ready to help. Her warmth and attentiveness made every meal a pleasure. We also want to give a special shout-out to Lokman from the kitchen. He was so attentive with the food, and everything we had was delicious. The Menemen was especially fantastic—the best we've ever had! Overall, the entire team's dedication to making guests feel welcome is what sets this hotel apart. We highly recommend the Grand Sapphire City Hotel and can't wait to return!

Extremely disappointing stay. Hotel is nothing like the deceptive photos on Booking.com. The “luxury” we got was poorly maintained: rusting metal, peeling paint, cracked tiles, stained windows, and leaky AC dripping onto furniture. Cleanliness and hygiene were unacceptable: flies in the breakfast/dinner buffet, dead cockroach in the gym that was there for our entire stay, dusty common areas, food crumbs on the floor. Room for 4 adults was cramped and awkwardly arranged, with ripped furniture, broken doors, damaged grout, and minimal amenities (1 shampoo, 2 water bottles, 3 towels). Door lock and security system was unnecessarily complicated. Hard to lock/close the door which is a serious security issue. The biggest letdown was the rude front desk at check-in. There was an issue with booking for my 17 year old (fault of booking.com) Instead of calmly resolving the issue, she raised her voice, lied about BEING the manager and implied we were inexperienced travelers - completely unprofessional! Only the REAL manager came to handle the situation properly. After 40+ years of travel, I can honestly say this was one of the least pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had. Not worth the advertised rating or price
