Nice place to stay. Staff is amazing, very helpful and look after you. Hotel has got everything that we needed: gym, swimming pool, breakfast to fill yourself for a half of the day) It is very close to the beach, night market and bus station with bus services to bangkok airport.
This place totally corresponds to all the descriptions. Tasty breakfasts with a big choice of food. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good sound isolation which is very important for me) nice pool, comfortable bed. It is situated on a Russian street. Great value for a good price
So it appears they have a scam going on here. They list 2 hotels on agoda but it's the one hotel. Reviews seem fraudulent.This hotel is a scam. There are 2 hotels under the one name kudos and Grand Scenaria advertised separately on Agoda. It changed names to kudos now. The Grand Scenaria looks much better in its photos on Agoda, and the reviews are good. But when I turned up to the hotel, it was kudos. They have both hotels on agoda and charge more for Scenaria because most people book better reviews and photos. The reviews stopped 3 years ago. You can't write a review on it now they have blocked it. It appears Indians are the new management, and they are bad. There is no customer service and the pool is green. The hotel looks bad. Much better places are around. It's not 4 stars the staff don't even wear a uniform.
