Checking in at 1:30 this afternoon, a bell man named Vu ran out to welcome us. He was very enthusiastic, helped us carry our luggage to the lobby and to the room and introduced all the services at the hotel. He was quite handsome. He introduced the massage chair service which made me feel very comfortable. The hotel has a very good staff. 🥰😍

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Sea Hotel in Danang. It is very close to the beach and many great restaurants. It’s a very fun location to walk around. The staff are very helpful and quick to respond to requests. The man named Duc in the breakfast restaurant was especially helpful with some of our dietary requests. His English was very good and he was always happy to help us. I would choose this hotel again next time I’m in Danang.

Disappointed with the service of the security guard, motorbikes were parked haphazardly, blocking the way, but they still sat in the room playing loud DJ music and didn't let customers park their motorbikes. The room was not clean, dust was still on the headboard, when the 2 beds were pulled together, a pile of dirty trash and dust appeared, the furniture in the room was old, the bed sheets had stains and a bad smell, not worthy of a 4-star hotel. When entering the hotel, security guards followed and offered to rent cars, do laundry at cheap prices, eat seafood and buy things with taxis outside, and offered unhealthy massage services Boom Boom, no different from street vendors. The elevator has no fan so it's really hot when it's crowded, when you get to the hallway it smells like rotten animals, plus the smell of cigarettes, there are bed bugs all over the walls, the buffet food is small and not clean, the kitchen staff's uniforms are not clean, if you arrive late there will be nothing to eat. The hotel welcomes Chinese guests who spit indiscriminately in the elevator and trash cans.
