Fast check in..helpfull staff..n friendly ..explain our room..facilities and other. But room already getting old..should be renovate..mini swimming pool .not for children..cause 125cm.
The toilet smell bad and the carpet is unfit for use. The room quite far from loby. Overall..the room should be renovated, its not suitable for a 4 star hotel.
Room is very dirty. Bathroom smelled. There was not even hand soap provided. Bath gel was over. I asked for handsoap and bathgel but it never came. Sheets were dirty. Never ever will stay here anymore. Wondering how this hotel can be a four star. The picture in agoda is very deceiving
