The stay was good the reception staff were taking care in a good way especially ms mercy, was treating us with the warm welcome and the hotel was good the room part need to be improved a lot the AC never get cool maintenance is worst restaurant was one of the terrible experience I had the restaurant staff are unprofessional so as the manager management need to take a action on it. only the reception people used to talk like a professional staff neither than that service staff service manager and housekeeping staff are like and unprofessional!!! After 12 o'clock there is no in room dining available the service staff is telling that kitchen is closed but I ask a single cup of coffee and he said that it's not possible at this time maybe I can provide you early morning around like5:30 or 6 o'clock the amount what I have paid for the stay it's not worth it
Don't go by the pictures u see on the website. Visibly dirty restrooms, black stains on walls, no hot water, water from the rest rooms flows out into the bed rooms, dirty pool green in color that u can't see how deep it is. Water in the restrooms has a stink and stench. Zero value for money. Don't waste tour money. Beware. Never go here again.
We stayed in this facility for 3 days and let me start by giving the only positive thing of this place, the location and the room that we stayed. Now the cons of this place. 1. Check-in time was supposed to be at 2 PM but the room was ready only by 6 PM 2. When the kids wanted to get into the pool the staff started asking us get out of the pool even when we told them that the check-in was delayed 3. When we ask for anything over the phone with the reception, those things should be asked multiple times. 4.The complimentary breakfast was terrible with the same menu everyday and nothing in terms of taste. 5. During the last day when we asked for couple of water bottles the receptionist started saying that they can’t provide new bottles and it is against their company policy. 6. The outside corridors and the balcony were so dirty that we couldn’t walk with bare foot 7. The behaviour of the staff was also not as desired. 8. The pool was not cleaned properly. I would suggest any one planning to check-in to this resort/hotel would be better to find some place else where the facilities will be good at the same or lower price.
