The rooms are comfy and clean. Great selection of restaurants. An An in High Limit is absolutely amazing. Always treating you with a smile and always on top of taking care of everyone at the bar. An An is the best. Leslie the Executive Host is always welcoming and does a fabulous jobs with our rooms and hosting. These two women always make our stay a unforgettable.

Can't say more about GSR! Rooms are nice and newly renovated. Awesome and friendly staff at "High Limit table games and bar. These pit boss surely knows how to manage compares to other local casinos. An-An the bartender was on top of our drinks the entire time. Very attentive and engaging even when the place got busy. Will definitely comeback again!

A huge thank you to our amazing host, Violet Padua, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. She was attentive, professional, and always available to help with anything we needed. Violet’s warm personality and dedication truly made us feel like VIP guests. We also want to recognize Mimi Casino, our favorite floor supervisor, for her exceptional service. Mimi’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor made a big difference in our overall experience. She made sure everything on the floor ran smoothly and always greeted us with a smile, adding a personal touch that didn’t go unnoticed. The resort itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is vibrant, and with staff members like Violet and Mimi, it’s easy to see why Grand Sierra Resort stands out as one of the best destinations in Reno.
